Something put together for a Science of Light class I had. The constant reminder of "do not stare at the sun" was an ACTUAL warning in our textbook. So I had to make repeated fun of that.

"nice one"

that was a pretty cool animation. the character was a little strange, but also quite cool as well. the graphics were quite nice, good voices and audio, a decent plot to it and it was quite funny as well.

Dude, I played this twice just because I love the guy when he kept saying 'sky-fire'- Sooo cute. Love it.

However, my guy here says that the information you supplied is flawed- He's a smart one, so I don't know. Um, specifically, Mars covering up the sun for eclipse? Gah, he says everything involving Mars is wrong.

So, yeah. I still loved the movie- And if you made if for a class, it would have to be pretty accurate, yes?

*hugs*

Author's Response:

Your guy is smart, everything to do with Mars was utter BS: The dual suns, the martian tree, the eclipse, and the statement that you can never make a "double shadow" here on earth.

When I presented this to the class, I made it clear this piece took liberty with "facts." Part of the humor is that it's full of crap. And using a dog in place of the Earth was just putting it over the top to demonstrate that.

Thanks for the response and gladded you liked it!

"Not bad."

date: April 2, 2007

my biggest complaint with your movie here was the lack of sync with the audio and facial expressions.

The lip syncing needs a bit of work. Also, some of the pauses in the dialog seem to last too long.

but other then that, it was quite funny.

Especially the repeated DO NOT STAR AT THE SUN!!!!!!! line.

Author's Response:

I agree with you. Watching it from the source file, everything is synced up just fine and the pauses are non-existant. Any tips on how to make this work when uploading online, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for viewing!

This was both informative and entertaining, good job! I just wish my school allowed for more stuff like this...
