This cartoon is silly and has a talking beard in it.

XD This is wonderfully random, and Fred is the coolest beard I know of. I remember seeing this back on Albino Blacksheep years ago. Too bad he had to die. I would have loved to see him come back in a later short. I guess if I had to change anything, I would have the back-up singers sing "Good-bye, Fred the Beard" at the end.

I don't really know what people find so engaging about the characters...and if you think it's got "art ready for television" or whatever it was, then you should stop with the shrooms before you get permanent brain damage.

Aside from that it was clean, kinda goofy and fun, and I felt a pang of empathy when he ruthlessly shaved Fred off his face. Then I realized that when his beard grows back......well whaddya know.

You should make one about Fred's younger, evil twin....Frank the Soul Patch.

I don't know what quality "art ready for television" implies but I'm always trying to improve maaaaaaaaaaaan.

Weird but fun

It's been a long time since I've seen a flash on newgrounds that I liked. This was cool, thanks.
I'm getting pretty tired of the use of the word "lol" though, it's been getting annoying for quite some time now.
I really like your style, it reminds me of me. Heh. And the song was pretty good I guess.

The beard looks more like a "Logan" if you ask me though, but "Fred" is good too, I suppose.

RWappin responds:

Logan eh? Coincidence that's the name of the person who made the song. :)

Actually, I had quite a hard time deciding whether that part would be funnier with or without the lol. In the end I decided to leave it in though.
