A little short
It could have used some animation touches to actually have Jorge's arm join onto his body properly, so that it all looked nice and flowing in the animation. Given that, it was a little too short, so we can't lay the blame just at the feet of bad animation. Writing something like that is a major fall, so why not give it more inspiration - how did the guy come by Impossible Quiz? When did he first notice symptoms of the addiction? Does he go postal and destroy his office, or his school?
There's alleys that you can pursue to take this a lot further, so take some of these half baked ideas and get them worked through before rushing the publication.

felt the same way when I took that damn quiz.
But it's soo addicting. o.o
The graphics could be better, and it was kind of. . . pointless in a way.
But all in all, it was okay.
