I pretty much sat down and said to myself 'I want to make a shootem up game'. 12 hours later here we go. Its based on the classic Missile Command game, but faster paced and with more shooting and powerups.
nope, didn't cut it. spend some more time on the next one...and missile command sucks anyway!
it was fun the first 6 levels, then got boring fast.

Okay so I played it until level 11, when it got repetitive, which I understand in this genre.
The graphics were simple and didn't confuse me too much.
The powerups are cool, but you can't just survive past wave 10 without them, especially the autofire one.
When there came many missiles on the screen, I became confused of which missiles were actually still coming and which were destroyed, so the blinking line-solution was not the best.
Overall, this is a good minigame.
I prefered the original from 1980-something
I've played the original Missile Command, and I've got to say, besides the improved graphics, I prefered the original game (From the 1980's!) more than this. Also, the missiles in this game don't explode like in the original, which means you can't get any cool explosion chains going. I miss that... As far as Missile Command clones go, its okay, but you don't really add much to the genre, so I can't justify giving you more points than a 7/10
