Cheney finally unleashes the full extent of his powers, in my most intensive and choreographed animation to date.
My old hard drive destroyed the original version of this, so I remade it with tons more animation and frame-by-framing and stuff over the last few months. It's 7,000 frames now. I think I spent too much time on "this little thing".
..The original didn't have anything about Fox News, but they're just.. so evil. >:(
