Quiet Falls is a full survival horror game in Flash; a playable Silent Hill fanfic.
Dale Chalmers is on the run when a mysterious stranger stops him in the road, pulling him into a series of horrifying events which are simultaneously familiar and strange beyond belief.

I don't know why everyone is saying this is good.
It seems like a nice effort, however it fails miserably. I can't get past the first damn monster. I must've stabbed it at least 40 fucking times and it WON'T DIE. Also, the game freezes as soon as you die, making you restart it from the FUCKING BEGINNING. Needs to be heavily worked on.

sigh...
...it looks great but it's way too slow he moves slowly but thats not my compliant it's when i get near the hospital and every screen takes 1 min too load on top of that it makes it disappear behind my newgrounds page witch is really odd could you let me know if it's just me or if it dose this alot note that i play it in window mode. i really want too play this game the trailer looks so awesome so please get back too me soon
I don't really follow what you're saying about it disappearing behind your Newgrounds page, or about "window mode", but it does start to lag between screens at or just after the hospital. Sorry about that. It's a fault in the way I constructed the thing. It's still playable, but not all that smooth.
Check out Quiet Falls: Linear for a lag-free experience of the same game (but without the free exploration).
Also keep your eyes out for the demo of Quiet Falls 2, which should be up on Newgrounds sometime within the next month. It'll be lag free, too.

Enormous
It succesfully resembles the Silent Hill series in many aspects, for a flash game. And then again, for a flash game, its incredibly big and varied(ive just gotten to the hospital so far, but a glace at the walkthrough allowed me to see its much longer).
Only little negative points are:
-Control difficult, and confusing battles because of it
-Some of the enemys look like funny cartoons, although I admit others(WTF blood sphere screaming) succeed at making me nervous.
To end with something positive and a good taste in the mouth, the storyline looks real real good so far.

i cant even get past the first monster! and its all because he wont pull out his friggn
knife! nice try tho, i think its a good idea for a game.

Holy shit!!!
Dude, this game is like, no is the flash equivilant of Silent hill! Only it just seems much worse but in a GOOD way.
