i love it.when's the other chapter coming out?i liked how the small child gave up his soul, and i liked how the water reflected everything.and i like the music.

This movie has great ambiance, good sound, and good animation. Apparently other users don't seem to notice the fact it says Chapter 1, and thus means there will be more, as well as the fact that they can't comprehend abstract art, anywho, good work, can't wait to see the rest. And don't let people who don't understand your work prevent you from making more.

Bueno, ya con los primeros segundos al escuchar el theme de Laberinto del Fauno fue un placer a los oidos, aunque luego voy a criticar la música. Ahora comienzo con la animación y los dibujos.
Las caracterisitcas dibujadas del niño y sus expreciones estan muy buenas, y el personaje que lo acompañaba en el bote también, toda una excelente ambientación para lo que yo entendi como un purgatorio. La animación esta buena, conociendo todos tus trabajos sé que tenes un muy buen frame by frame, aca no esta del todo mostrado, pero me gusto igual.
El paso de la pelicula es un toque lento, y creo que si hubieses utilizado otra música o quiza añadirle sonido ambiente hubiese ayudado a que sea más "fluido" quizas. Conociendo también tu buen gusto por la música, hubiese estado bueno escucharlo aqui a françois chanfrault, no se si lo conoces, pero hubiese pegado mucho con esta primera parte de la serie, o quiza algún track de Aphex Twin de su album Selected ambient works. Pero igual la música me gusto (yo estoy haciendo un corto musicalizado con Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies también :P).
Espero con muchas ansias la segunda parte de esta prometedora serie.
