I thought that this was pretty well done. I thought that the animation wasn't the best, as it could've used more variety of color. It still had a pretty interesting story and I thought the voicework was nice (Rina-chan can just never go wrong, can she?). While I couldn't follow the story that well, I think the characters were represented rather nicely. While not the most interesting, I felt that I could get more into their personalities and motives than I thought I could. The loading screen with the spinning eye was pretty cool as well.

"Needs some fixes"

Everything is fine except for a few things.
1. Take that upper eyelid line off the main character. it makes his eyes look really dopey and unnatural. just draw his eyes in that half shut shape, it'll look a lot better and maybe even save you some time.
2. Get some sound effects for the fights
3. That thing where they teleport or whatever should have a bit more visually to it than them just dissappearing. maybe a blur, or a shaky frame, or something. It seems really dry.

Other than that the story was interesting, and the animation was good. fix these three things and it could be great.
