In the year 2105, the world is in a desolate state. A madman has recently come to power in the US, and has allowed for anyone to sell their babies into the military for ten thousand dollars.
-Finally, the second chapter is out! The action is in the second half of the Flash, so be sure to watch it all the way through! There were a few problems along the way, but thankfully, it is complete. It isn't absolutely necessary that you watch Chapter one, but it will help you learn a bit more about the characters. The third chapter will include more information about the base itself, and the situation the teens are in. Look for it soon!

Meh
The idea is nice...but some actual sound effects during the fight scene would have been a nice effort. Otherwise, not bad.

Did I see the first one?
I thought that this was pretty well done. I thought that the animation wasn't the best, as it could've used more variety of color. It still had a pretty interesting story and I thought the voicework was nice (Rina-chan can just never go wrong, can she?). While I couldn't follow the story that well, I think the characters were represented rather nicely. While not the most interesting, I felt that I could get more into their personalities and motives than I thought I could. The loading screen with the spinning eye was pretty cool as well.

Needs some fixes
Everything is fine except for a few things.
1. Take that upper eyelid line off the main character. it makes his eyes look really dopey and unnatural. just draw his eyes in that half shut shape, it'll look a lot better and maybe even save you some time.
2. Get some sound effects for the fights
3. That thing where they teleport or whatever should have a bit more visually to it than them just dissappearing. maybe a blur, or a shaky frame, or something. It seems really dry.
Other than that the story was interesting, and the animation was good. fix these three things and it could be great.
