Denifitly living up to it's score
Cube Boy is great!
-The graphical and style is very revolutionary....
-The sound effects are good and funny
-Violence can be resumed to some sick dying freak animal beingshot... what more to ask....
-Interactivity is zero.... as with every movie
-Humour is trouh the roof
-Overall this is awsome except for one major problem.... I can't get the damn "what's my name.... Cubeboy's the name...." song out of my head and for that I shall curse you to the 10th generation....

Best thing i have seen on Newgrounds in a while.
That was truly an experience. This was original, and funny, wihtout being too random, it brings new life to a comed style that has all but vanished. Now i break it down!
Graphics - Cubes...simple and great
Style - Cubes + Comedy = CC..Closed Caption? THe style was good!
Sound - The footsteps were great, the voice acting was fantastic, and the Cuboy song was amazing
Violence - I gave this a 10 because its anti-violence, which is like violence against violence...or somthing
Interactivity - Not much but thats not important.
Humor - Im speechless when it comes to the humor of Cuboy
Overall - Cuboy really is the ultimate friend/songwriter!
I need more Cuboy!
haha he is the ultimate friend/songwriter, you're right!

Pure awesomeness!
This was probably one of the best movies I have ever seen! It sorta reminds me of habbo hotel for some reason this should so be a game like habbo that would be awesome!
youre the 2nd person to mention the habbo hotel. it uses a pixel art style. just like many other games and applications. do a google image search for 'pixel art' cheers for the review and the high scores!

Ultimate toon!
Very stylish and original toon! The enviorment of Cuboy and his friends would seem to limit the animation to a very small and unimaginative story, but cuboy doesn't really seem to mind it's little space that it uses, but takes everything out of it in a really original way.
The sound designing was great! The little song that played when the cubeworld switched places and the little sound fx's when things appered were really hilarious and funny. Other musics were awesome too.
Story was really strange in a good way. It didn't really sort out to me where did cuboy work, but that didn't really mind anyway it just brought a little bit more to the humorous side of the story. Speaking of humour cuboy was full of funny little jokes, the whole appereance of things in the cubeworl made me laugh out loud and the little details like the bossess hair, their little strange hands and the ear on that bird (the whole apperance of the bird was hilarious as well). Just the cubeness of everything makes you laugh and when you add the hilarious story it's a winning combination!
i really wish to see more adventures of cuboy.
what a fantastic review, Tuomas! Thanks for putting your enjoying of the cartoon into words.
