Thanks for daily 2nd and front page, citizens.

I made this game for a site I co-own called WiiCade.com. That said, this game has mouse-only controls and was designed to be played on the Nintendo Wii's browser as well computers.
I know that some people will dismiss this as an arkanoid clone, but give it a try and you'll see that it builds on the classic formula with some fun new twists, especially the intense Survival mode where you can compete for high scores. Comments and crit are welcome in the reviews, which I'll be reading. Hope you enjoy!

"it is very good"

but i found the controls tremendously annoying, what with the mouse going out of the paddle area and becoming useless.
Also, the mortar is a nice idea, but i found it unplayable

"uhh"

the up/down hit feature is VERY buggy. sometimes i would THRUST my mouse upward and the ball barely bounces. sometimes a small tap would make it fly. it wasnt consistint which made it frustrating to play.

"Best Arkanoid"

THE best take on Arkanoid that I ever played. Very interesting concept with great artwork and smooth animation. So much varaiation in levels, power-ups, tiles and just how you general progress through the game. The survival mode is great and I love playing my own custom levels. Great fun to play on the Nintendo Wii, a sequel would be fantastic...
