A strange, silent little girl turns up out of nowhere on a stormy day with only a name tag to identify her. Luckily, a kindly older couple takes her in, but for Ida and the people of Catterwall, this is where the luck ends. It seems everywhere Ida goes, misfortune is soon to follow. And it's about to get much worse.

I just cant believe it
I've seen all the movies that you have put up on newgrounds (before this one) and I just can't get enough of them. They are so beautiful and eerie at the same time. Even though I'm more of an instant gratification type person and am not perticularly fond of cliff hangers, which made me skeptical of the Part 1 in the title, I am very pleased with the way that you ended leaving enough suspence to go and see the next part but giving this part a bit of closure by having the last scene in this part rather than in the next part.

as said before, the story is really hipnotising, its just great.
the graphics are amazing. i liked it a lot.. u gotta continute it. :)

simply impressive....
first, begining with a sublime animation, an incredible well balanced stile really something i would normally expect from a genius... second, the story, thrilling, witty and really captivating and almost hipnotising story telling... very Lovecraft-meets-Burton like...
Over all a perfect 10 mate...
hope to see more of this story soon
