Pretty good art for the time. Good voice acting too. Plot is pretty much non-existent though. Overall, I like it.

This was cool then...
...and it's cool now as a piece of portal history. I love how this is so ghetto and funky. This is a great piece for showing how far you've come as an animator.
SO yeah, this isn't as bad as you make it out to be. It's quite charming!

It was decent
Even for the time, the animation here is almost non-existent. The whole thing seems overly dramatic and silly too (like how the cigarette drops at the mere asking of a question).
Still, this is an ooooooold movie and for the time it would have been seen as pretty good. Looking back now, it's obviously been overshadowed by many many advancements in animation, but it still manages to be entertaining for its short length.
