Very creative, i really liked the singing bees. You have a great imagination, i guess if i have to point out things to improve would be to make the main character more alive. Theres parts of the song that the voice really becomes alive and loud, it would have been cool for that character to be equaly alive and vocal about it through body movements.
Good job shirty. Now i can finally stop making fun of you for not having any major movies. :(

The animation was fantastic, the lip synching and music synching fitted perfectly, the drawings were great and very bright and colourful.

You used the same movie clip over and over again, I think the music could have been better and by that I mean it could have suited then animation better with a different song. It was also slightly disturbing.

I thin this is one of the most original, fun and best animations i have seen on newgrounds. The bees added a funny touch to a great song, and the end climax was brilliant.
Overall, a well animated, superb flash. Great work.

I especially liked the bit where the rows of little dudes march by. Great use of perspective. I'll be disappointed if I don't see this on the front page soon. Even if I don't, though, I won't miss out since this is going straight into my favorites as soon as it passes judgment!

Though I'm normally a sucker for multi-colour, my favourite bits were the bees. Good colours picked and solid, clean shapes with smooth fbf animation.
Also, I really like simplified bees.
The scenes were all mostly amusing and all funky to watch. The gooey arm looked smashing.
Incredible stuff and inspires me to get a move on.
My only criticism (if you can call it that) is that maybe you could have fitted even more visual jokes and humour in. I liked the electrocution and the cacti etc.
And the 'your' instead of 'you're'.

I really like your style. Really smooth animation, and simplistic character design (like those silly little blob guys and those bees). I've seen your stuff on Art Forum, and most of it is pretty cool. Really funky music video too.

I'm gonna go against the style of an average Reg Lounger and I will say that it was crap.
But not really. The graphichs were smooth and....Shirtturtle-ish. I can't say that I'm actually a fan of that odd style since....I'ts way too odd for me. But hell, everybody gotta have their own style.
Style: As I said - unique graphics. There's one thing that will force my cursor to move to the left, towards the button with the number 4 on it: I have always loved seeing stuff synced to the music, but here I could only see some lip-sync, which kinda destroys the whole point of music videos for me. Sorry, Shirty.
Violence: The guy knocking on the screen?
Humor: Damn, it looked like I was high! Such of a colourful and wierd world will make you smile.
Overall: Odd, colourful, stylish, but not worth a 5

I loved every minute of this flash. It was very cute, and everything was super smooth. The only thing that's bad is that other submissions were submitted today with higher scores. Any other day, and I could really see this as a daily feature.
Also, how long did it take you to make this? Just wondering.
Well it seems you've pulled it off, and nicely at that. It's nice to see how fast new people can pull in and just step out on to the platform. I loved mostly everything, a gore blend of color and ideas. I can't say I enjoyed it, but I was impressed how well you put everything together. I like when people set up a little graph of everything you can vote on, so might as well make one for you.
Graphics: The graphics were precious, if only a bit too clean. the animation was lacking, but kept the feel of the movie well.
Style: The style was nice, not as extremely original as it would seem to be, but you pull it off very well.
Sound: The song bored me, and didn't fit well with the style, but it was a nice contrast.
Violence: None
Interactivity: There were buttons, they were in sydney. I like sydney.
Humor: The bees made me chuckle the first time I watched it, or.. I made up that it made me chuckle to write more cause I have nothing to do, you pick your truth.
That was fun to watch AND listen to. It was colourful and well animated. This is going on my favourites and so are you.

Everything was very well done but the audio was a bit fuzzy sometimes though.
I must say, I really do like this. The animation in it is very smooth for the most part. Also, that 'messiah for the animals' thing was very funny looking, and made me laugh. This could've used some continuity to it, but judging from the song, it would have to be a stretch to get any kind of story to match with the song well :P
Oh, and you really love that bee don't you? The morph, the shirt, and then this :P Although, dare I say that the singing ones are somewhat cute.

This animation was really overwhelming, I love your art style and animation. Everything was very smooth and preformed very well. The color choice was excellent I loved the color going off and back on the screen. My favorite was "The Letter Bomb" The explosion animation was one of the best I've seen. The song was a nice choice and went incredibly well with the animation. Since I've been here at newgrounds about two years I can say this is probably my favorite submission. Overall it was really amazing and your art style just is kickass.

i <3'd it, although you already know it. i need to increase my review count O: so...here goes:
the graphics were very stylish and crisp. i still don't know how you do it (since you won't tell me your dirty little secret >:C ), but there's no squigglies or anything. it's all very nice. i wish the main singer guy would have been a little more dynamic. the song's vocals had a strong personality to it, and it didn't really show in your character. HOWEVER, i do really like how you lip-synced the guy. it's smooth and doesn't look like you cut any corners in this respect.
your style is ok. a lot of people (myself included, to some extent) animate/draw with this kind of drawing style you are, and although i wouldn't say it's the most original, you definitely pulled it off well enough so i wouldn't care too much about it. the bees are stylish, cute, and smoothly-animated, as per usual.
the song in this is very cool. i haven't heard of this before, but i feel inclined to find it somewhere so i can listen to it more often. it's a very good song, and it seems like it was made just for this.
i wouldn't say it was too funny. the characters and situations in this were more tongue-in-cheek than laugh-out-loud, and while that isn't a bad thing, an LOL bout would have been just snazzy for this. i think i chuckled when i first saw the bees doing that "aaaaaaah, aahhh-AHH-ahhh" thing they did, but i think the funniest part was when the guy with no arms was in that rotating box. you should definitely do a movie with that guy in a rotation box (with obstacles to make it sillier).
i liked how, at the end, the bees' mouths didn't perfectly match up, as there is obviously some delay between the singer(s) doing the "aaahhh" thing. you didn't seem to do it any other time than at the end, which was kind of odd. i loved the bees spinning and flying all over the place, as well. very nice touch :P
so, basically, yeah, that is why i <3 this movie. it's basically a symphony of amazing. a continuous dose of awesome-possumness. i'm down to 2,000 characters left. END!

I loved the colour scheme for the different things, especially for the bees. I tmakes it seem more surreal, but I don't like the guy who singed for he seemed to have too much colour and was out of place.
The guy in the box was pretty cool too, and so was the bee on the tank, he sure beats the pilot.
The tentacle that threw the guy bugged me a bit, it seemed to elastic and didn't move much when it had thrown the guy. The end of the tentacle seemed like it should of moved in the direction of the guy a bit after it let go but it just shot back. I hope that makes sense, tis hard to explain being a tentacle and all.
The lightning zapping what I believe was a sock was pretty nice looking too and your use of tweens and filters, you didn't use them much but when you did it looked nice and was subtle.
Actually I just watched it again and the whole tentacle didn't seem natural after it had thrown the guy.
The singing bees where a nice touch and their mouths where done well along with the syncing, the shaking of their lips made it seem more realistic but I dunno if that was intended or not.
I also like how you did the guy who had grown big legs, it gave it that clumsy feel when he tried to stand up properly.
The changing backrounds and how they synced with the rest of the animation along with the music.
The buttons on the menu didn't seem to work and I kept clicking on the "do you <3 me?" button waiting and then realising it wasn't working.
Parts of the song seemed to be adding to the surrealness of your style too.

I loved it! But, I do, however, agreee with the person who commented before me. The guy that was singing the song really threw off the whole abstract feeling of the movie. (And also, I just don't like him. What an asshole.) Overall, I think the animation was great and fluid, and the art style really matched the tone of the music. Lol, and I love the singing bees, by the way.
Sorry to say this bud, but even though the video is brilliant and very fluent etc. I have to say that the song didn't really appeal to me, I didn't really let this way in with the score in a big way, but I was slightly let down.
Anyway, don't let me ruin your day, the animation was absolutely marvellous. Good job on the lip-sync and transitions.
Btw.. I loved the guy with the cactus on his head :-)

By the way, I would marry your bees. Repeatedly.
The animation was very simple but at the same time it was clean, fluid, and did not have anything that really didn't work. The style of minimalism into a form of a sort of contrast along with the minimal storytelling really seemed to pull this all together. The color was brilliantly used and carefully picked out. I only have two complaints that I can think of. The first is the contrast between characters that are outlined through a complimentary color really seemed to work much closer to the whole theme than the characters that were outlined in black. In fact I find a black outline to be pretty boring and over-done. My other complaint is how you used "your" when you should have used "You're." "Your" Implies ownership where as "You're" is a contraction of you are. Nonetheless I think the overall result despite these minor flaws is something to be proud of. Keep on doing the frame by frame work you are great at it and go crazy with that color!
This was pretty fun. After I watched this i noticed how you made a simple but creative animation. And I congratulate you on your first award! I have put you on mah Fav artist list cause I love your style! Those lil bees were cute.

As soon as i saw that there was a music video for this song on newgrounds i got really excited so i checked it out and wow, you've got some talent. Solid smooth animations based on the song LSF by kasabian, man, you couldn't of picked a better song. i would highly recommend you do a video based on kasabian's other hit song Club Foot, now that would be awesome! lol

Wicked song, Wicked video. I love the style of the animation.
Loved the synchronized singing bees and the sock which got burnt by lightening - awesome use of colors and it kept my attention from beginning to end (and usually I "x" outta these things about half-way through.) Only one thing - you misspelled the word "your" in "you're gonna kill us all." I wouldn't normally care because misspellings usually happen on crap flashes, but since this one was really such a good music video, I hope that you will fix it.
That was a great music flash. It seems that you actually put effort into this, and that’s what makes this such a good flash. The music was good, the animation was good, and the fact that you were able to combine the two was truly impressing. This certainly deserves a 10/10, so here you go. It just goes to show what you can come up with when you put hard work and determination into a flash… you certainly set the bar for any other submitters of music flashes.

This has to be one of the best flashes i have seen, great choreography, Very funny, the music was great, and so was the message. The only two music flashes that i think can match this in greatness, is Future, and that Mario one by Celebrant.

My favourite thing though was probably the tall guy that stood up then fell down. The tall guy in the box was awesome as well.
Everything was just amazing.
The only thing that wasn't amazing was the singer guy. He was just, rather bland. Especially in comparison to the rest of it.
And that animation of the bee coming from a distance and swooping out to the left of the screen is crasy.

Music videos can run the gauntlet on newgrounds from piss poor slide shows of the song lyrics images to outlandishly trippy light shows that distract the view from the music. This video balances the two precariously and demonstrates not only great potential but also great skill already. The art style is well developed and beautifully fluid, motion does not stutter or look cobbled together.
I would have liked to see an option to view lyrics, perhaps with the bouncing bee as as the cliche bouncing ball. Also there were some, but very few, places when simply illustrating song lyrics may not have been the best route. Specifically the flaming tanks early in the song and the singer standing atop an object later as the song sings "Get on it."
I wouldn't recommend using this style again in future videos as it may quickly become too trite. Music videos should reflect the feelings and message of the song without forcing it into the viewers eyes instead of his or her ears. This achieves this goal in a top-tier performance and wonderful example of Flash as art.
P.S. I commend the review on having the maturity to ignore the previous reviewer that called this author an a**hole for no justifiable reasons.

I didn't much care for it, the presentation was good but there wasn't really much content other than odd doodles churned together to create some semblance of a music video. Also I can't stand it when people can't tell the difference between "your" and "you're", ugh. semi-stylish, but the lack of consistency in each short works against it in this instance. 4 for sound because it was just someone else's work reused, nothing original in this department, the rest is self-explanatory. Good job with the synchronization between animation and music though, this was well done.
People are gluttons for presentation hence why this submission received 4th place.
Great animation, I gave no score for the unecessary fields, but I do like that song. And as opposed to the harsh marker currently on your animation's page, I felt it was stylish, fluid and kinda funny.

I loved the whole smoothness and simplicity of the animation, and I love that track.

Love that song, and that's a great video to go with it. I can't believe you're only 14! =D! That just brought a smile to my face, and still does no matter how much I watch it. Really happy stuff. If I was feeling mean, I'd downgrade this to a 9/10, because of the randomness of some things, but the overall quality (lyric tie-ins, animation etc) more than make up for it. BTW, for everyone who's pointed out the your/you're spelling error, how good were YOU at spelling when you were 14? 'Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends' (CTN childrens show) thats just what came to mind when this first started playing. Now don't ask why I've been watching childrens cartoons. This was unbelievably soothing, and interesting. Kept my attention the entire time. I loved all of the animation, especially the bees singing. Perfect, ... I just haven't ever felt this soothed before. You have an amazing gift, and I can't say that for everyone. :)

That was one of the most mesmerising things I've ever seen! Brilliant style and real artistic flair. The only criticism I'd make is that the main guy is a tad lacklustre. But hell, that was a minor grievance! I'm looking forward to your next one. There will be a next one... right?

Pure Brilliance
this is a great music video with so much randomness and there is really nothing else i can say besides this is pretty close to flawless and the only thing i could find wrong was it was too short.
That was one of the trippiest animations I have ever seen. On top of that the somg was great, and it was really colorful. It's the kind of movie that cheers you up on a dreary day.
YEAH! The characters and events were a bit strange and random but it was pulled off nicely. Not to mention Kasabian are freakin wicked! Hope to see some more Kasabian themed songs soon! P.S. the harmony bees were classic =D
i love kasabian and this flash makes the song better. how about a flash of shoot the runner?
This video would have been better (in my opinion) if it wasn't so repetitive. It did go along with the music well in syncing and art tho. My fav parts were the bees singing and the guy in the box.
when i put on my head phones, cranked up the volume and sat back it was like falling through an endless sky of color and imagination!!!!
this is a great video, and whats even better the music goes perfect with the video because if you listen to the lyrics its talking about terrorism, awesome song, awesome video, great idea, 10/10 5/5

That was SO AWESOME! I loved the different colours, the bees, the guy in the box, and best of all...the song! I'm SO gonna go buy it now! Oh, just one thing. You got the CND logo wrong. Don't worry, everyone does, but it just gets me annoyed.
