This was animated in February 1997, while Gel and I were Juniors in high school. We were given a poem that was commonly read to kids while the actions were played out with pieces of felt, and we turned it into a clay animated story instead! Upon its original completion it was met with enthusiastic cheers from a large group of elementary school children. Now, 10 years later, I dusted off the original 8mm tape and rerecorded the narration/voices and composed a brand new song to give this cute little tale new life!
