Castle III poster: zazzle.com/Netrosis
After almost two years of hard work I have finally managed to complete the third installment of the Castle series. This is the first part out of four. I hope you enjoy.
Not what I expected
I have nothing against stick movies, and I began watching this with high-hopes from what I have heard.
I was very disappointed. There may have been pretty graphics, but for me it unfortunatley was not very pleasing beyond that.
The sounds, and voice actors, both bothered me (more so the voice actors) which was a big draw-back. The story seemed too slow and boring for me to fully enjoy as well.
On top of that, there was a lack of 'true' animation (this meaning not motion tweens, walk cycles, still images, etc) which for me made it more boring. From what I saw, the majority of everything was mostly well drawn, still images and/or short cycling animations, floating across the screen.
In a nutshell, it is pretty to the eyes, but is very over-rated.
Alright, good you liked the art though.
it wuz pretty fluid but u need sum work. i it seemz stik figures r becoming a littl ovrused so that wuz kinda annoyin. it duzn rlly show u cn draw. the voices were retarded. and it wuz kinda cheap how u were 2 lazy 2 put in any detail. like it prolly wudve made up 4 lak of artistic skill. jus a bunch of small thingz that ovrall kill it. rlly i thnk u need 2 focus on small detailz like the inside of a heli, the build of a big rock/mountain and rays of light. anyone can make lines in flash, but it takes skill 2 create artwork
i dont like tghis
it is not one fight in it it tought itt was fking cool
Hackneyed, clichéd and, ultimately, appalling.
An uninspired storyline, suboptimal voice acting, stick figures, choppy animation, unrealistic characters and excessive self-aggrandizing. This project had a lot of potential, but was poorly executed.
