Chester decides to throw a New Year's Eve party in order to outdo Dracula's party. In attendance is Zephra, an old friend of Chester's from his home planet, who Chester really wants to kiss at midnight. Meanwhile, Gooch scours the party for chicks, and Batboy gets drunk.
