A music video with the song "Future is what we are" by Ken Ishii. (4 minutes long)
Got flash 8, and after experimenting with some of the effects this idea appeared on my mind. Didn't used any 3d program to it, everything was done with Macromedia Flash 8.
Try lowering the quality if its too choppy.

Really took my time with this one. Started in June, altough half of it was finished in the last two weeks.

I'm gonna focus more on drawing, so don't expects more flashes soon (At least long ones) and I doubt I gonna do other as complex as this one...
Visit or for updates on that. (shameless promotion)

i am not too impressed...

although i love that you have put the effort forth to make a flash video, i think more time should be concentrated on the beat being intime with the melody for the music. it would be better if the beat matched up with the melody.

I don't really understand what makes this great

I surely respect the amount of time you put into this flash, with the 3d effects and layout, but I simply don't understand what it is about this flash that earns it first place. In my opinion your "The People's Mario" blew this one to smitherines. It had an incredibly well thought out storyline not to mention beautiful animation and a perfect soundtrack.

This one comes nowhere close in any of those categories. I suggest focusing on content rather than trying to make a complex, 3d flash. O well I guess I'm in the minority anyway.

I didn't like it too much... :(

Well, the visuals were very nice, I liked the flashing, but it was easy to tell how you did your 3D. It was impossible to turn anything around, because you would simply squish on side a bit and stretch the other to represent turning, and it was too easy to see in the 2D cars. The music was repeating, I liked it at first, but it's the same thing over and over. The character designs were very nice (I spy "Ghana", or whatever his name is, from Code Lyoko) and the animation was smooth. But there are tons of life threatening monsters on newgrounds, with guys fighting him. But I doubt the story was the main focus. I thought the video was okay. I'll expect great things from you! :)
