Mainly the graphics were the best part. The drawings were pretty good; looked like their designated characters, and the animations weren't that shabby either.

^^Needs Improving^^
The sound effects were more annoying than anything. I don't really understand the whole Rugrats fad here on NG, and I didn't find this very funny at all.

That looks like the beginnings of what could be a good cartoon. but no story line just leads us to wasting download time just cause you have something against the rugrats (one of the highest grossing cartoons of all time) try to channel you tallent into something more productive.
