Audio was a major problem
I think your mic was messed up. Aside from the fact the voices were hard to understand the animation seemed a bit off and the drawings were well not very good (not that I can draw better). Sorry but I'm afraid I didn't much care for this.

Your doing it Wrong
The animation was bad, the jokes were terrible, and to be honest, I fail to see how this could make someone with anger issues mad. Sorry but you get a Fail/10.
If you want to try and make someone angry, then try targeting something they like and actually mustering up some good insults. Pointing and laughing will not do it.

Keep trying. But is still bad.
This could not make me angry. Try a fake hentai game involving girls from popular animes, that really makes people angry.
Real flash animations require some skill, practice, creativity and patience. It is obvious you have none. Keep your actual work if that is the best you can do. But at least try once to make a true flash animation.
Don´t give up.
