The Cosby Spell can be used by anyone, but only Bill Cosby has mastered dis here technique. First ya mus' lack da ability ta be understood when speaking. Secondly, ya mus' gots uh topic or theme like Bill Cosby'stv show, "Kid'sDo da Darnedest Things". Third, rant about da theme fo' prolonged periods o' tyme.
