Hey, everyone. I've changed my online username. I am no longer JonBro, and I won't be continuing anything that was made with the JonBro name. If you want to see an archive of my older work as well as what I'm up to now, you can find out here:
Riddle School 2

Phil (main character) is back to escape school again! I originally planned for this to be a simple tribute to Pico's School, but then it built up to something a lot more. I started making this about five months ago, and picked up on the project and completed it in around a week. This one is longer and has much more sophisticated graphics than the first, and a whole lot of effort was poured into this.

was quite good

I liked it, got a bit stumped for a minute on some things but a bit too easy. A bit short as well but all in all was pretty good.

I apologise for my mixed up reviews with RiddleSchool 3 because this is the game where many people think that the part where the vending machine in the teacher's lounge is broken is the hardest part of the game when really all you have to do is click the back of the vending machine to reveal a plug socket with which you can plug the vending machine back in.
for the recordthis game was really easy just like the rest of the Riddle School games, thanks JonBro for giving me one of the easiest games I have ever played!!

I am very happy to see someone take the idea of the school escape game further, in a way that has more universal appeal than the original (Pico's School).

The graphics are simple and nicely styled, the implementation of the mini-cutscenes were very well done, and add some character to your character. The sound is on a fairly short loop, but varies just enough to keep it interesting. Maybe something with a slightly slower tempo would have been better - would fit in with the pixel-hunting aspect which is the main part of this game.

As far as the main part of the game goes, the pointing and clicking, it would have been welcome to have more aid to make it less frustrating (eg. mouse icon could change when hovering over a clickable area). Also each time you click an object a text box appears, and you need to move your mouse over from where you were to that box to click it before you can continue your hunt for objects again. It isn't implemented as well as it could have been, but when you're finding what you need and making progress it's an enjoyable enough experience.

I liked the humour in the game, and although it's not essential to play the previous game to enjoy this, some of the jokes you'd only really get if you had.

To get a higher rating it would need a little more of everything, but this is still a nice enough game, and I think a great improvement on the game this is a "tribute" to.

not badd

graphics (animation) really didn't do it for me,

but maybe it was the look you were going for.

nonetheless, the storyline was decent enough.
