This was a story told to me by my great grandmother. I made it for friday the 13th, but it's atmosphere is just as good for halloween.
Chances are you will need to turn up your volume in order to hear parts of the speech, so do so now!
I watched it a few months back during Halloween and just now thought I ought to make some sort of comment on it, since I must say I enjoyed this thoroughly. Not only was the story itself pretty creepy, but the animation was very well come. I applaud to you and your intent attention to detail, because it is quite impressive.
What more, the extra features are just as worthy to take a look at. Thanks again for such an amazing flash piece. It's always good to know that not everybody is using it to make tasteless toilet humor.
As an Irish lass, I bow to thee
Biggest thing I have to compliment is attention to detail; detail to the legends of the Sidhe and the Ban-sidhe.
I also like the narrator's voice and use of background noise to create a creepy tone.
halloweeny all the way
it was almost perfect. that girl...the banshee...i dunno...she looked like a girl...an ordinary girl fo crying out loud. shouldn't she have been more...i dunno...gastly? with a fluid walk...almost a float...an perhaps dressed in a very long dress or smthin. Whatever. who's voice was that? cuz it fit preety good in the atmosphere...and it gave originality to it all. The idea is good...and it reflects real halloween spirit. 9/10
this was perfect except for one thing...the sound the banshee makes...change it to something more real but good job anyway!
i thought it was excellently done the sound was great and the drawing was awesome if i could give it a higher score i would give it 20 and the voice acting was great hope to see more like this *pat on the back*
