The first problem with this movie is file size. Putting an entire song in its original sample rate isnt a good idea, lower it a bit and cut it to the end of the movie or shortly after. The reason I say this is because this movie was 3.6meg, and should only have been about 300k.
Secondly you need to make a more promising storyline, I understand because you must be fairly new to the flash scene it makes sense it wasnt up to scratch. Regardless plan your movies out well first before making them, and try to make them longer.
Thirdly, also because your inexperienced with flash the animating wasnt that good. Try to make the movie more concise and put more work into detail, you only get better by experimenting. Even if things dont work out you can always delete it and start again, or even submit it to see what people think. The worst than can happe is it gets blammed, if your lucky you will get constructive people to help you out.
