If you have not seen 'Revenge of King Koopa 1, Revenge of King Koopa 2 or Revenge of King Koopa 3' on Newgrounds, here is a summary of them for you to read:
PART 1:
Mario and Luigi receive a letter from Bowser, intended to go to the Koopa Klan, about an attack on the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario and Luigi gather their pals, and assign each of them a job to help protect themselves.
PART 2:
Everyone does the jobs assaigned in Part 1. The only problem is Donkey Kong. He didn't destroy the right battle grounds, and Bowser's Castle is still up and ready for a fight.
PART 3:
With Donkey Kong destroying the wrong battle grounds, Bowser's Castle is still up. The Mushroom Kingdom invades the castle for a huge fight. The Mushroom Kingdom dominates. After Bowser's army is killed, he challenges Mario to a Pokemon death duel. Mario uses a mega-mushroom to size up, after Bowser's fire bar misses, and Mario crushes Bowser with one stomp.
Revenge of King Koopa Part 4:
Does Bowser ever die? Well he's back, in Part 4. Mario and Bowser have one last fight left in them.
