Full title: Bahamut in Around the World in 80 Days
_____________________

Bahamut's quest to travel around the world in 80 days ended.

He finds himself at home.

Enjoy.

Leave a review, I respond to all.

I'm sorry for using Speakonia for this flash, but I was short on time (fuck laziness) and I wasn't able to see BlueHippo for the last few days on AIM. However, in return, I am using my voice for one of the characters here.

Also, I was going to submit this at the same time Afro_Stud would submit his flash, but he won't be submitting his flash until about the end of the Grounds Gold Day, so I'm going to submit my flash now.

I can't believe the poor harmless film was flagged. :( And I can't believe that it was all your fault. >:(

Another one that you shouldn't have been that lazy with the voices on. Those voices really do sound terrible. There only fit for a clock in my opinion.

There was a lot of random stuff in this flash that I really didn't understand too well. Random things like Luke Loves Lemon Party, etc...

The emails would have to be the best part of this submission, plus probably the funniest part of the submission.

I should have used Microsoft Sam for these flashes. :P

"Badly funny."

Well, this is the epic continuation of the previous installment which I think I watched before. Exciting.

For starters, I loved how Bahamut got blamed for everything... it feels like (OMG) real life.

Seriously though, the sound wasn't that good. You know how much I hate speakonia, so... I didn't enjoy the sound very much. Somehow, even the speakonia came out badly.

The flash itself was the definition of mediocrity. The animation was poor (as usual), but the jokes always hit -- I laughed especially hard at Koreaman (very, very good times... :D) and I loved the AOL message. What an awful world we'd live in...

Like usual, an overall good job Bahamut, but to put it bluntly, there's tons of room to improve. I did find this one a bit shorter than the last installment... maybe you should lengthen them a bit more? I was disappointed, to say the least.

G'luck!
(This marks my fourteenth review of your flashes -- only sixty-eight more to go! ... man, I'm tired.)

Author's Response:

This is a call to action to the Newgrounds community.

For the past several months we have been unable to send any email to AOL users. This applies to nightly/weekly emails, validation emails and emails from our individual NG staff addresses. Basically, whenever we send an email to any @aol.com address it gets bounced back with a "550 Mailbox not found" error. Normally, such an error would occur only when the address in question did not exist, however, AOL in their infinite wisdom, likes to throw it around for other reasons as well. We've been on the phone for literally months trying to get this issue fixed but no one over there seems to care.

If you'd like to read the longer version head on over to my blog post on the matter: Seriously people, just quit AOL already.

If you'd like to have this problem fixed, please email postmaster@aol.net with a subject of "Newgrounds.com email" and a body of:

-----
Please fix your mail servers so they can accept emails from Newgrounds.com.

Thanks!
-----

I'm not sure if this will do anything, and frankly I'm not sure I care. I mean, AOL for email, yuck! But Bob says, "a community is only as strong as its weakest member" and someone still using AOL for email seems pretty weak to me. Besides, if nothing else it should annoy the hell out of someone at AOL and that's a win in my book.

The plot of this one was great. Very random, but nevertheless great. I liked the part with the e-mails the most ^^.

The voices weren't that great this time. When Satan was speaking it cracked and rustled in my speakers, so that part was pretty annoying.
Oh, and the lip sync wasn't good either. I know that it's quite pointless telling you now after about one year and many submitted flashes later, but I just had to point that out :P .

So we all know that the world didn't end. I suppose that's a small consolation. Thankfully, from my point of view, the number one movie critic remains XwaynecoltX, rather than KWAS71KCK :P Didn't he get review banned after this movie was made?

I like hearing Andersson's voice as Satan and I'm looking forward to flash where you use your own voice for the main bunch, as it's much better.

I knew I'd seen the Luke_Loves_Lemonparty face move across Graham at some point in the past, here it is :) Now which episode did I see the trackback to here in?

"Moderately amusing."

As usual for you, not much effort in the production. Lazy Speakonia use and hardly anything was drawn for this.

You always focus on your screwball scripts and whilst a bit of knowledge is required to enjoy this, it was an interesting 'what if' scenario.

Not sure I understand how you not circling the world made Kwas a critic and alll the web stuff change.

Ah well.
