The premise of the game is simple enough use your mouse as a red dot to avoid being hit by white bubblish objects. Somethings that I would work on for future work is to have an explatinon for where the points come from in at the end as I played mulitple games and won successfuly and the scores were all different. Having the ability to go to different levels after completely a level or mission might also work.

Played. Lost a fair few times around 6, then 7. Got bored and killed myself. Started again and won with maybe 5 lives lost.

++ Going up/down based on performance is an interesting idea.

--- However, it can result in 'stalemates'. Maybe have finite lives?

---- Success can seem too dependent upon the RNG. Maybe have more factores determine the layout. Actualy keep track of the total size maybe... ensure it doesn't go above a certain amount... you could keep a certain # coming from each direction, maybe ensure they're a certain distance apart... basically make it so that we don't ever feel a victim of the RNG.

+++ I like how they pulse - means we can get through if we time it right.

Enjoyed it to some extent. I like the simplicity here. Maybe with some cleaning up, maybe different bgs for different speeds... a few tweaks... this could totally rock.

Thanks for the awesome review. I'll be trying some of your suggestions out.
(The score is how long you stayed alive. It just seemed kind'a pointless to have no scoring system at all, granted, the current one could use some work.)

Cool game. Nice engine, id be willing to do some higher quality GFX in photoshop if your interested (PM me if interested).

Like I said above, it's a nice game but that's all it was, a nice game...

When playing a game I personally don't prefur to use only the mouse to control the game play. I like to use the key board or a combonation key board + mouse.

To take this game further perhaps you could redesign it so that the arrow keys control the motion of your dot and the mouse controls a weapon of some sort. In addition you could add power ups (better weapons, shields, etc...) and different types of obsticles.

Though all of that would make the game better it is nice the way it is and sometimes simple is best :)

it was ok.

it had its moments, but there's a few times that it is impossible not to hit a bubble. when you have a wall of bubbles, you cannot dodge it. It amused me for about a minute then it just started to annoy me. I give you A+ for trying something original though. Keep workin at it and I'm sure you'll make something amazing,.

The trick is to move the mouse past "the wall" in less than 1/24 of a second (This Flash is 24fps). That way the stage wont update where the mouse is in time to detect the hit. I had to do it when testing.
