Yeah,
I have also only started with my mayhem on flash. This piece demonstrates your strength in both characterchers and story telling. Sound and animation could use some work.
I liked this piece for the feeling of group belonging and good ole friendly pranks. The Mexico part was obviously over stereotyped but I expect that from Americans which I am one of them.
Nice piece, I look forward to your future endeavors.

Graphic is good but i didn't like the style. Make it a bit cleaner and lines more defined, not squiggly. Looks very and busy because of it.

But you need to ditch whatever you're doing the art on and get something better. The thing was drawn well, but looked like it was done on MS Paint.
