I heard Pink Floyd's 'Goodbye Bluesky' and instantly thought about 9-11. So, this is my tribute to America on that infamous day.

Credit Pink Floyd for the music, with some added effects by me, and the slideshow credit the AP, yahoo,, & I feel the images and music create morbidly eerie mood. I will not grandstand and claim that this is any tremendous work on my part, but simply a montage of images to a fitting musical work.

The file is 1500KB, so if you have a slow internet connection and hate to wait, then don't bother viewing. As it is I destroyed the quality of the music because of it's mono and compressed.

Wow. Just Wow.

First off, I just want to say that 9-11 didn't make me any more patriotic that I already was. I've always been proud of my country and love it with all my soul. Unfortunately, 9-11 did open my eyes to how many Americans can be down right stupid. Many people I know wanted to kill all "towel heads" a few hours after the planes struck. I agree with making the ones that were involved pay, and dearly...but saying that all Arabs are bad because of it is just plain idiocy. That said, your movie was rather moving, even this long after that fateful day. Your choice of music was great (the troopers in the gas masks reminded me of the ones in the video of the song). It brought back painful memories, and the feeling of pure helplessness I felt then (especially since one of the planes went down a few miles from where I live. For what it's worth, this movie definitely has my approval.

Well Done

One of the only WTC/Osama related pieces I can say actually got an emotional reaction from me other than annoyance. Perfect music choice, well picked images, I congratulate you for one of the few tasteful flicks on this topic.

i find it sick that someone actually took pictures of the people falling.

z3n responds:

No, what is sick is that many of the photographers and camera men who were there on the scene were probably all excited about how 'lucky' they are to get such 'one in a lifetime' shots. They were probably thinking they would get Pulitzers and shit. Shouldn't they have been helping people get out of the building if they were so close to it?

It's Alright ...

Nice pictures and the song goes along well, but it's missing something ... I'm not quite sure what though.
