the only thing that I didn't like was that the words and noise actions weren't timed well with the flash that well. other than that I liked it

Not too bad, need to synch up your audio and video

I can tell you tried to animate the characters so that they looked like they were actually talking, but the audio was a little ahead of the video, or so I thought. Perhaps subtitles on future works would help, when the don was talking it was pretty hard to understand him.

but its not in sync. The lips never move at the same time as the voice clip. Look at one of the tutorials on lip synching here at NG, and also make the voices more clear, sometimes i couldnt understand waht they were saying.
