in ur comment u said "I know that Numa Numa is old, but since this is actually animation, I ask you to please vote fairly.",but i saw that this is no animation,HE JUST SITS ON A CHAIR SINGING,so that means we must not vote fairly >:),now really what i didn't like is that it was about a theme which was so much used it's already boring,it had low graphics poor drawings,no animation,it was like a picture

I gave it a 5, because animating that much would be a bitch, but not too great quality, and not much art.
Oh well. A good try, at least.

But it looked like he was flicking me off when he was raising his arms...and then it looked like he was trying to fan away a fart when his arms were waving downwards.wasn't cool but...i guess it didn't totally suck.

Ok i see what you were tryign to doo making it grainy- giving that webcam effect. But i agree with choujimonster in that you need to spend a little more time on the artwork. Give a little more time to make foamy look like the real foamy and it'll be all the better for it... and so will your comments. You have to take pride in your medium and while drawing may not be your primary medium it certainly plays a big part in it, so give a littel more time to it and don't rush it r you're gonna end up with something substandard. Hope this helps you a little
