A few years back, following a certain little event on September - the uh... what was it? the 11th I think? - the good old Howard government here in Australia calmed us all down with the "Be Alert, Not Alarmed" campaign. Everyone got a fridge magnet in the mail with a number to call if we saw anything dodgey, and many a prank call was made.
Most of the references in this flash will fly straight over your head (like a plane into a building) if you don't know all that stuff. Hence the wordy intro.
Anyway, the whole thing was made as a college assignment that was supposed to advertise a product or service (prostitution was taken).
