Well, well... here it is. Fans were demanding another Numa Numa video. This time I chose to do a Russian song, not Romanian, you can check out my website for more info.
I want to thank Tom here at NG once again for hosting this and all of you at Newgrounds for all your support.
I think that all sequals are not as good as the first. What was good about the first is that it was a webcam funny video. Now its you knowing that Hundreds of Thousands of people are going to see this and u acknowladge it. But overall it was an Awesome and Funny video. Great Job
This was a great idea in theory, and a good one in execution, but I regret to inform you that, unfortunately, this sequel strayed just a little too far from the spirit of the original. The song was good, and I like the way you found another "numa" song, especially since this one actually says "new numa", in perfect synch with the theme of this supposed to be a direct response to demand for a "new numa" dance. However, I think that trying to duplicate the style of the original song, moreso than the lyrics, may have been more fitting for this submission.
Moving from the music, I see where you were going with the "What if I made a new Numa Numa dance?..." style, but I know that I would have personally liked to have seen something more like the original "Havin' a good time, " version. It's funnier to see a guy dancing in front of his webcam lipsynching, then to see someone make a computer enhanced music video.
And I have to agree with some others that this was a little too late after the original to be taken as seriously. This hilarious fad came and went too quickly in my opinion, but the internet has spoken. Had you adressed a different fad, such as SoaP, under the same style as the original, this would have been gold within minutes.
This critique is in no way saying that this is bad, but it is hard to beat the original to which I am comparing. This was probably the best thing to be considered a Numa Numa parody that has found it's way onto the internet, but it has pretty big shoes to fill.
Awesome just like the first one!
Wow russian song! Great job again! 5 to u.
Your editing skills are good! >.< I wish I could use the blue mat key again in editing but I don't have a wall or floor with the same color. :p
Anyway man, awsome job on the video! You made a come back and pissed off more Numa haters! I love reading their reviews. It makes me laugh how they only try and insult you on your weight! lmao What fucking noobs. I give ya props, 1!
