~~REVIEW~~ this was notbad, the clocks always paroding everything kinda funny though, allthough i think it would have been better with some "SUBTITLES" but other then that it was an ok animation .
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~ add some subtitles.

My understanding is Newgrounds has forums and this is the best way to honor and get your point across. Personally I remember telling you folks that a simple movie with just a clock ticker will get more people annoyed than happy to see you. I love clock submissions and I think that "B" was a fun joke put out by the original SBC. On the other hand, I do not feel SBC ever intended to have followers. He is infamous for mocking his own followers from day one. Some believe he even helped orchestrate anti-clocks. Tom has even mentioned this.
To me, if you are going to do something like this it needs more than a ticky next to face. Truly if you want to rant use the forums you will be heard better rather than worrying about being blammed or ruining your batting average. Your character was well drawn and even could have hopped in and then hopped out. Second many of us even myself who has only been here since April know pretty much all there is to know about August 15th. For God's sake, the 14th is my birthday and I am happy to share my week with Clockday. Many of us respect clocks but not these clock flashes. Please leave your rants for people who are not trying to entertain themselves. That's why we come here. That's why SBC did what he did so long ago.
