+++ Some interesting characters. I specially likedTommy TV, Sunman and Mailman.
+++++ Awesome tune.
--- Somewhat stilted character movement. Specially for Dexter, who just stands about and gets tweened awkwardly.
Tommy TV's movement did work well though.
Personally, I'd say that as he was going through a bad trip, maybe taking the cut-out animation to an extreme level, maybe mixing up some traditional media in there and changing the angle by switching models would work nicely.

I loved it at the beginning, but after the part focusing on his 2 eyes, it seems to go into a slight lull. What should be a climax is just a retread of what's gone before.
Maybe having something happen (whether having more stuff on-screen - maybe by making all the hallucinations split or something - or by having some change in his circumstances - maybe being in a different place, or have some of them start threatening him or something) could have helped it end on a higher note.
Did definitely enjoy it overall though.
