I have no idea how that last guy made that mistake.
I can see him making the mistake of you passing the song as your own.. if you were going on and on about how it was yours. But sometimes people don't feel they need that. But I can't see how he made the conclusion you were ripping of the music video. That's a pretty far-fetched suggestion to make. If he was in a car park, maybe. But there weren't even hideous little kids wearing Aphex Twin masks. Now then I'd have to consent it being ripping off somewhere.
But yeah. You probably should credit the person who did the cover. I want to try and get the full version.
