Well, a first animation...? It really couldn't have been much different. Music's not bad, but sounds are overlapping/crowding on top of each other (oh, in the other version its better), and although the cute little dashing streak is sometimes painted with "lock fill", sometimes changes color to the music, sometimes traces shapes... next time please submit something more substantial or creative or funny or whatever. No offense, but in this form, it's a waste of our time...

For the other version: if you want the music to end when the animation does, set it to stream. That trace is cool, but... try setting your efforts to something new (and not on making versions, if i may suggest).
Another thing... did actually 2 people make this? :-D

Was that the flash? I sat there watching, and waiting thinking it was just the loading screen. I seriously thought that i was supposed to sit there and wait, that it was loading while it was actually the flash. But nice song. really cool.

These flashes are only interesting when they have impressive animation. A line moving around randomly is not impressive as for as animation goes. You need to emphasize those starts/stops and turns with a more fluid technique.

The motion is too repetitive. The flash gets really slow, in particular, when the line begins moving back and forth and down. If you're going to have it trace out shapes and patterns, make the patterns more varied and make them more interesting.

The FPS needs to be higher.

I did like the changing color though.

The music is also good. But it needs to be trimmed to the length of the flash or set to start/stop so it doesn't restart. I noticed that your SE edition fixes this, but it's not trimmed.

Use a preloader.

I think you have some issues with file size as 1.3 MB seems like a bit much. I would expect like 150 KB max. Make sure your audio is compressed and fully trimmed.
