BE WARNED - for this game is completely different than "submachine2: the Lighthouse" seen here lately. This time there is no inventory, no items to collect, only the mean machine and its puzzles. Try to escape from the endless, timeless loop of rooms, if you can do that then you'll be one step closer to the Lab, which will be submachine4 main playground. And it will be more similar to submachine2, because the Loop is much of one-time experiment. Anyway - enjoy.

this is by far the most complicated of the Submachine series.
One must really keep a steady mind for this, keeping ones spatial awareness peaked at all times, and at the same time try to suss the various puzzles.
It's a wholly evil game.
Extremely well made and somehow scary.
Good job.

"Just You And The Machine."

This was far from the Submachine sequel I was anticipating after the Lighthouse. Unfortunately, It's not for the better. After seeing the opening sequence, and realizing that there was item collecting at all in this game, I thought, Aw fuck, we're just going to make this even more difficult than it already is, aren't we? No, it turns out, this an entirely different game. Gone is the point-n'-click, Gone is the surreal setting, and Gone is any fun that the other two games produced. It's pretty much, seemingly infinite hallways, finding buttons to click. It seemed alright until I got to the third level, and then it started to bore me. What happened? I was hoping for a new Submachine, not a completely different game. Not only that, but the completely different game bored the crap out of me. The sound, look, and overall appearance are alright, but the overall feel that I obtained from playing the other game was lost. We'll see if anything turns out in the lab.
