Well, the graphics section was a little too specific. Not EVERYONE wants to create a top down moving guy that moves exactly like how you had him move.
The ActionScript section was alright. You explained what each line did, but you didn't explain how it all worked as a whole, which is a problem.

Very well made, and it really does teach you, but i do think that it would be better as a whole part of a rpg tut. (i don't know, maybe add how to make ideas and battle scene, leveling up so on and so forth) 5/5
