MARIO GETS MASSIVE
(for a contest at VGDC)

As I've already said, THIS IS FOR A CONTEST. This isn't stolen. The contest? New Super Mario Bros. "Mega Mushroom" contest. I think I'm the one person out of 50 who chose 8-bit graphics.

The contest gives permission to use the VGDC intro. Randy Solem posts a link to the fla. file on the VGDC forums for all who enter the contest to use.

I whipped this up in a little more than a week, but don't judge it too quickly. I tried to use the same 8-bit graphic usage quality as the Super Mario Bros series (Parts I - V). I editted lots of sprites, made my own grass and completely remade the elements of the last NSMB level in NES sprites. That took a reeeeeally long time. Please vote fairly.

Enjoy the movie!

Unlike the others, i like this. You have enough spirit to make more movies like this.

JonBro responds:

Next time, you could actually provide some insight on how I could improve. You know, like telling me how things could have been funnier or describing exactly why things were "preatty stupied".

(For example, I think your review was pretty stupid because you misspelled "pretty stupid"--which may or not have been intended to be ironic, but even if it was, reviews are usually much more credible if you at least try to sound somewhat intelligent.)
