Good step
It was pretty funny except the music should've been replaced with some real good sound FX and it could have had more story and length to it.
I see this as a test or showcase of your skills and I hope the next thing you post is a full-length action movie with Arnold Stickzenegger (okay that was a lame joke, I know)

I think that the animations in this short are top notch. Your stick animations are very life like and everything else is very fluid. The story was kind of funny as well, and I liked the music you added.
^^Needs Improving^^
Well, this could have used some sound effects that would have been easy to find and place, like sounds from a bow and arrow. This is a little short too, and the ending was kind of lame.

I was expecting Worms the game or something.
When I saw there was no thumbnail for the video, I instantly became skeptical but it turned out to be a really really nice animation. Very fluid. I'm not a big fan of sticks but this instance was probably the better choice. The music compliments the video nicely as well but it was indeed to short. I was hoping for a little more, like (spoiler!) the worm grabbing the arrow and attacking the archer.
