Well I think it was better than the first episode by quite a bit. You actually drew a character that looks like Gordon Freeman, which makes the movie seem more interesting to me. Better jokes and longer than the last. Much better.
Still the main thing would be the animations. Yours are pretty poorly done. I think you definitely need some more animating practice.
