You don't need a webcam to look at this tutorial. But if you don't have one then the stuff in this tutorial will be pretty useless to you.

Seen your motion detection video too, can u write action script 2, so that i can move movie clips with it? or when i touch them animation starts or stops? i see u dont reply much yet if replied it would be really apreciated. am new to al this.

doesn't work
i know alot of people said it's working but don't work for me.. i am using macromedia pro 8 and iputed the first script in the frame,made a movie clip,named it webCam and tested it..no work help or can u make a video of it please?

Need to take a picture
I love this! I was wondering how I can take a picture within Flash from the webcam. Can you lead me in the right direction?
