Do you remember the old times when c64 ruled the world? Do you remember Steve and John Rowlands' magnificent game? I made this tribute for them.
It's kinda hard to play but if you get the game's rithm it's simple. In the menu click on the "i" to see the control. Have fun!

I admit that the game become hard to play. I couldn't walk it through either even I'm the author. I will fix the engine for the other level, but this will remain buggy.

Pretty good...

But uh, the little dude could have moved faster... i kept dieing

When more creature come on screen the flash slowes down, that's why the jumping is not in sync.

Gah!!!

This game pisses me off to no end. But it seems to be functional, so I'm protecting it anyway -_- Some advice on what to do would be nice, because I have a guess but level 1 is so damn tricky. Got to the bomb, got the new attack, and then...? Kill the other enemy? That's certainly difficult! Well, anyway, good job.

so so

the graphics and game engine itself was really nice. But the enemies kill you in one shot, the water is an instant kill. and the weapon you start with sucks. The original creatures II was nothing like this. I barely recognized the norins from the original game as what you play as.

and please, don't try to revive that horrid game from the past either, unless you're shooting the damn things.
