"Sort of buggy"

The collision detection seems a bit off, and the boss' laser cannot be ducked. Plus, there's no indication whether anything you're shooting is taking damage. Generally, when I shoot something and it's being damaged, it should flash or something. Also, when something dies, it should be clearly distinguishable from something living. And generally, they shouldn't just lay there and block your bullets from hitting the things that you're trying to shoot but can't because you're hitting the dead ones while the live ones are eating your suit.
Anyway, if you can clean up the platforms so that they don't shove you back when you're trying to get on top of them, and make enemies disappear when they die, that would be much better.
