An Average Joe meets God.. in Vegas.

! GRAPHICS INTENSIVE !
If the animation looks choppy, it's probably an issue of your system, because this flash should run at a smooth 24fps. If you're computer runs under 1.5ghz, then I'd recommend turning down the quality settings before pressing the play button.

The script for this flash was written by my friend Phil, who's comedy pilot was a finalist in the FX Always Sunny in Philadelphia pilot contest. The voice of Doug was performed by Joe Hawley of the band Tally Hall.

It has been a goal of mine for some time to create a flash cartoon, so I have spent a good amount of time developing a unique look and style which I hope you will appreciate and enjoy.

"The Best Script + Unique and fitting style"

date: June 19, 2007

I was just looking through my favourites and found this, which I haven't watched in a long time. I think this is the best script on NewGrounds. It doesn't adhere to Simpsons/ Family Guy style humour, its brilliantly dry and yet slightly crude at the same time, so there should only be a very tiny audience who doesn't enjoy this.
The animation is perfect. The simple outline-free style is funny, original and it favours natural movement over chunky thick tweened black outlines that so many animations like Tankmen and Tomorrows Nobodies copy.
From this Animation alone I can see that you're definitely one to watch. Good Luck with everything.

This animation didn't really excite me that much. Although the intent was good, i would suggest honing your skills into something more...creative. Other than that, it was okay.

You know what? That's a good animation right there! Although it's not a laugh fest all the way through, it does have some great moments. Also I'm sure this has already been said a number of times but, the graphical style really reminds me of those old games like "Flashback" and "Another world".

Good work man, hope to see more soon!
