This is an introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! I made this in 1999, so it is probably featuring the Flash 3 layout. Things haven't changed TOO MUCH, though, so it's still a decent intro.
I am submitting this to the Portal before I overhaul our tutorial page to be part of the collection system. To make a long story short, all the tutorials need to be in the Portal in order to be featured through the database system. This tutorial was never part of the Portal before.

this flash deserves more
very good! It helped me with understanding the basic thing. I think that the 3.92 score like it is now while i write this review, is to low. But that is the problem of newgrounds some flash are much better than their score tells you.
Gladly this flash got a good place by being placed here manualy.
