This is an introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! I made this in 1999, so it is probably featuring the Flash 3 layout. Things haven't changed TOO MUCH, though, so it's still a decent intro.
I am submitting this to the Portal before I overhaul our tutorial page to be part of the collection system. To make a long story short, all the tutorials need to be in the Portal in order to be featured through the database system. This tutorial was never part of the Portal before.

Now all I need to do is figure out how much flash is, and then come up with some awesome idea! Yay! Now I won't be bored for the next ten minutes!
