This is the official remake of my classic 2003 game, Escape From Elm Street (http://newgrounds.com/p
ortal/view/81945) Elm Street was my first game, and I always thought it deserved better treatment than what I could do at the time.
All the graphics have been re-done, and now there are more rooms and puzzles! This is a must play for fans of the original.

The first one's better.
I expected to have the same nostalgic feeling I had when I played the original game.
It reminded me of my childhood, the Nightmare on Elm Street movies and the serial killer who haunted my dreams when I was a kid.
But I couldn't even see how this game was related to Krueger. The unrealistic puzzles,the Windows XP laptop... what does that have to do with Freddy and his movies?
I thought the original game was disturbing,and reminded me a lot of the movies.
The only thing good about this game (besides the stuff that were already in the original one) is the fact that the bathroom floods when you flush the toilet.
In Escape from Elm Street,a very unrealistic blood fountain came out of the toilet.
