nicely done. I really liked the style to the characters and you tried to put some depth there. When you come up with a better plot it'll be great...

Great idea, but it's not yours...

I really enjoyed the 'Visionaries' comic, even if some of the stories, particularly this one, were a little absurd. It's not supposed to be a serious Star Wars short, it's pure cheese and the 'Visionaries' authors knew this.

Unfortunately if you take away the bad arse plot there isn't much holding this flash up. The animation was competant, but tweening only takes you so far: the lightsaber fight was more like a bad flash fighting game than a cartoon. Then there was the voice acting. What's the point of having somebody directing the voice talent if the actors are so awful. Owen sounded like a kid, Maul sounded like a dumb thug and Obi-Wan couldn't decide if he was English or not. So much potential wasted in this flash.

Still, superior to most.

but it was verry cool

Gus-Saldanha responds:

You are the innacurate: Both stories are not official, but both do exist.

He should've killed Jar-Jar, too!!!

Yess!! Darth Maul speaking more than two lines!

I liked how it fits right between the old and new episodes in style and characters. Now I know why Owen is extra protective of Luke concerning Kenobi. I guess this little episode also says what happened to all the characters (except jarjar) that didn't make it. I noticed Obi-Wan was getting a little slower and grayer, too.

lmfao I thought the bad acting was wearing off until the last part!
"just stay away from us, ok?"
