This tutorial teaches how to make buttons using AS 2.0. If it doesn't work with AS 3.0 (Flash versions CS3 or above), that's probably why.

OMG that is SO not worth the wait!

OMG that is SO not worth the wait! nah, it wasn't terrible but it didn't really need to make us wait that long for a clip show! sorry man!

Clip show? I think you missed the point.. It was a TUTORIAL. Where did you get 'clipshow' out of 'Blan's Guide to Buttons'?

its not working for me

please answer this and tekk me whats wrong! whenever a convert it into a button and click actions it says "the iten requested can not have actions replied to it". HELP! please help me!

So simple

....that anyone , and eveyone knows how to make buttons now. I'm still wondering why this crap is on the tutorials page and is still 4+. Animations are too fast, too easy to understand, and is too easy to even be worth looking at.

whenever i copyed and pasted your gotoandplay thing
but it never worked it kept saying that there was an extra character
